Where are you located?

We are located right on the corner of 13th Street and Railroad Street in Downtown Paso Robles. Our address is 1244 Pine St. #104D Paso Robles, Ca 93446.

What is an escape room?

An escape room is a physically immersive adventure game. Players will have one hour to work together and solve a series of puzzles. We offer 3 unique experiences at Sweet Escapes. Check out our Escapes page to book now!

Is there an age limit?

All ages are welcome. Up to two children under 6 will be free with each paying adult. All additional children require a separate ticket. A paying adult must participate with anyone under the age of 14.

Will other people be in the room with me?

All of our escape rooms are private experiences, meaning only your party will be in the room.

Can I bring other people?

You can always add people to your booking. We recommend 4-6 players, but we can accommodate a maximum of 8 people per room.

What is your late policy?

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your game to sign waivers and go over rules with your game master. If you are more than five minutes late, you may face a time deduction.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Unfortunately, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend your scheduled booking, we will apply the amount paid as credit for a future booking, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to give this notice will result in forfeiting your booking and payment.

Can I reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your escape room booking, please notify us via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to accommodate one complimentary reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled game time and will work with you to find a new date and time based on availability. Please note that any additional reschedule requests will incur a $20 rescheduling fee per booking. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate reschedule requests with less than 24 hour notice.

What is an entremet?

A multi-layered dessert that incorporates a variety of elements such as sponge cake, mousse, cremeux, fruit compote, and glazes.

Do you offer catering?

We do! Check out our catering page or contact us for more information. All catering/bulk orders will be pick-up only.

Do you offer nut-free products?

Our Pink, Escape, and Galway Girl entremets are nut-free, however we do work with nut products for all of our other items and we can not guarantee that there will be no cross contamination.

Do you deliver?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide delivery services at this time. All orders must be picked up in store.
